Questions
Can I list properties publicly?
Yes. Publishing a listing is its own permission, and published property appears on the FOUR16 property marketplace where the public can find it and enquire.
Why are there three permissions for one complaint?
Reading the queue, replying to the tenant, and declaring the matter closed are three authorities. An agent answers "the geyser is still broken"; whether that is resolved is the branch manager’s call. A complaint its subject can close is not a complaint, it is a suggestion box.
Does it collect the money?
It records what is due, what came in and what is outstanding, and holds the documents behind each tenancy. For a ledger over the top of it, switch Finance on as well.
