Can guests book without calling?
Published properties appear on the FOUR16 hotels marketplace, where the public can see availability and book. Reservations taken at the desk and reservations taken online land in the same list.
Does housekeeping get its own view?
Yes, and its own permission. A housekeeper updates room status without reaching the payments screen or the guest’s details.
We run a restaurant too. Is that included?
It is a separate system — see Restaurant. Most guest houses run both, and the creation form suggests both when you say you let rooms and serve food.
